SWIM DELIVERS ENERGETIC INDIE ANTHEM ‘OH HONEY’

All the way from Stony Brook, New York we have the electrifying pop-rock band SWIM and their thrilling track ‘Oh Honey’. The band consists of the four high school friends; Dan McCaffrey, Nick Riviezzo, Pat Morelli and Brian D’Angio, that have been releasing music as SWIM since 2017.

Inspired by bands such as The Killers, One Direction and The Kooks, the band has already created a strong and crisp sound which has left an impact on their listeners as well as the industry, clocking more than 800.000 streams on Spotify alone.

’Oh Honey’ is their second track in 2021 and is part of a larger plan to set the mood for their forthcoming LP which is going to be their biggest release yet. It’s inspired by Thornton Wilder’s play ‘Our Town’ and how a strong connection between people sometimes can be scary.

The track is packed with stimulating indie guitars and energetic drums that drives this glorious tune forward. Lead vocalist Dan skilfully delivers a message of hope despite being about complicated feelings. The track takes a twist in the outro as it modulates bringing the track to new heights.

It’s safe to say we are excited to see what comes next from SWIM!
