THE RETURN OF MONTRELL WITH THE NEW SINGLE “MAGNETS”

Discovering 4-piece alternative-rock band… The MONTRELL is a four-piece band from London, Leicester, and Winchester. Last year, they performed on two European tours and also at a London music festival. This year, and also the next 2021 will be full of important music for the band; they have just released a new single entitled ‘Magnets‘ which will be part of their new EP, produced by Flyte drummer Jon Supran and recorded in a studio in London. This song is a look at addiction, but also at being surrounded by the right people.

“It’s really about temptation and the addiction that comes with it, but it’s also about having a person around him who gets it and helps you through,” says Jonny Taylor.

Michael Kurtz, on guitar, introduces his deep tones along with Jonny’s voice, and together they give the impression that it is a chorus. On the bass we find then Sam Delves, who gives the melody to the track; finally, the drums of Alex Moorse push the song in a more gritty and rock direction. In short, all four, through their voices and instruments, create something special and energetic, but at the same time melodic and deep.

A BAND THAT YOU HAVE TO LISTEN, YOU’RE NOT GONNA BE DISAPPOINTED.
